You may choose to register for either the Head to Toe Conference At-Large or the Head to Toe Academy of Professional Early Childhood Practice™.

Both events will be occurring in the same venue at the same time.

The only difference is that the Academy requires pre-registration and focuses on one area of concentration for infant-toddler care and development.

Lunch: Registration for the Head to Toe Conference At-Large and the Head to Toe Academy includes a boxed lunch.

Refund Policy: Refunds of registration fees will only be made for cancellations due to medical reasons and must be accompanied by a doctor's statement. Refund requests must be made in writing and postmarked or faxed no later than June 19, 2009. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from refunds.

Photo Permission: As an attendee of this conference, you give permission for your photo or video to be taken and used by Chicago Metro AEYC in its publications and on its website.
