Hosting a booth in the Opening Minds exhibit hall gives you the opportunity to engage, inspire, and personally connect with thousands of leaders in child care and early education. You may use a booth to sell, demonstrate, and take orders for your products and services.
To reserve your booth and your ad in the conference program, please download and return the application and liability clause as soon as possible. Please note that reduced rates are available to all exhibitors whose forms are received before October 26, 2009. The application deadline for ads in the final conference program is November 9, 2009.
Inside Booth: $550 (if reserved by October 26, 2009), $625 (if reserved after October 26, 2009)
Corner Booth: $620 (if reserved by October 26, 2009), $740 (if reserved after October 26, 2009)

New This Year! Virtual Exhibit Hall
The Virtual Exhibit Hall, located on the Opening Minds website, will allow exhibitors to expand their reach from the physical location of the exhibit hall to the virtual world. Attendees will have the opportunity to view links to your website, marketing collateral, products, and contact information.
You can be a part of the Virtual Exhibit Hall in addition to or instead of attending the physical exhibit hall at Opening Minds. For pricing and additional information, please click to download the PDF above.
$10 for onsite exhibitors (exhibitors with a physical booth)
