*Rates do not include room tax. Beginning January 4, 2011 reservations are subject to hotel availability only. A one-night room & tax deposit will be required in order to guarantee your reservation. Please note, your credit card will be charged for the one-night room & tax at that time. Deposits are fully refundable if your reservation is canceled 72 hours prior to your arrival date.
Regency Club:
Room rate listed above, plus $20 per person. Regency Club rooms entitle guests to use of the club lounge, including continental breakfast, hors d’oeuvres, and desserts.
In Regency Club:
- The continental breakfast, served from 6:30 to 9:00 am., includes coffee, tea, fruit juice, whole fresh fruit, muffins, Danish pastries, bagels and assorted cereals
- Hors d’oeuvres are served daily from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Items include finger sandwiches, a vegetable tray, mixed nuts and chips with salsa and guacamole.
- Coffee, soft drinks, juices and light snacks are also available from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
- Dessert is served from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is located at 2233 S. Martin Luther King Drive. The phone number for the hotel is 312.567.1234.
Driving: From the Loop, take Michigan Avenue south to 22nd Street (Cermak Road). Turn left, and watch for the parking garages From 1-90/94, exit at 1-55 North, then exit immediately onto King Drive. Go north a few blocks to the garages.
Public Transportation: Public transportation to the conference center includes the Metra Electric train and the CTA King Drive #3 bus. From downtown, you can catch this bus going south on Michigan Avenue. For Metra train information, visit www.metrarail.com, click on Schedules and choose Metra Electric line. By taxi, the conference center is less than five minutes from the Loop.
Parking: Conference participants may park in either Parking Garage A or the Hotel Garage for approximately $19 per day. The entrance to Parking Garage A is on Prairie just south of Cermak on the west side of the garage. If you park in the Hotel Garage, be sure to pick up a validation coupon in the hotel lobby before leaving the conference. (Coupon is for day parking in the garage; overnight parking for hotel guests is available at regular rates.)

No meals will be provided by Chicago Metro AEYC during the conference, but attendees are welcome to enjoy the many restaurants and food stations throughout the Hyatt Regency and McCormick Place:
