Did You Know?

  • Most children need 9-10 hours of sleep each night.
  • Using any kind of wet wipe will help get fresh stains out of clothes when you are on the go—even formula stains.
  • Most children spend less than one minute brushing their teeth.  Dentists recommend they brush for at least 2-3 minutes. 
  • Children need to be offered a new food as many as 10-15 times before they will eat it or decide they like it. 
  • The sun’s rays can still cause sunburn in the winter—especially when they reflect off snow.  Make sure to cover your child’s exposed skin with sunscreen.
